Sent a parcel using this company. I was told the delivery date will be 23/12/24 which was perfect as I sent a high value item for a Christmas gift.

It is currently 29/12/24 and the parcel has NOT been delivered. There's been NO tracking updates since the 23rd. So for 6 days the parcel hasn't been scanned, hasn't been processed and has not moved from its location wherever it is at now.

The parcel was big enough to not be accidentally or (on purpose) lost or misplaced.
I have sent two emails with NO reply.

I used the online chat service that wasn't of any use. I was then told I am not entitled for any refund or partial refund because I did not pay for delivery guarantee.

I however did pay for insurance and I thought this would include delivery guarantee. However that's not the main point. Point is the company don't really care and try to fob me off. I unfortunately won't be using Parcel2Go again.

All went well except the parcel drop-off. Despite giving an accurate parcel size, I was persuaded by the info to use the drop-off locker. The first drop-off locker stated that all boxes were full for my size, but when I got to the second point the largest locker wouldn't accommodate the parcel. I then had to return home to look online for the nearest drop-off shop.

I have not received my parcel, specifically one of the two boxes I sent. Despite contacting customer support over 10 times, I consistently face long wait times of over 20 minutes for responses, and the representative changes every hour, forcing me to repeat my situation each time. This has resulted in more than 4 hours spent just trying to make a claim.
Customer support insists that I received both packages, but the truth is I only received one. The second box, containing all my important documents, is still missing. Furthermore, I paid for insurance, yet they have refused to honor that as well. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately!!!!

I was kept informed every step of the way, from when the parcel was picked up to the day it was delivered. It was also delivered quickly.

Awful service!
My wifeโ€™s parcel has still not been delivered 2 months after it was due, started a claim and had to provide loads of information including proof of purchase of the item in the parcel, I did this on numerous occasions but each one was turned down (despite confirmation emails and screenshots of bank statements being sent)
I contacted customer services who told me it wasnโ€™t lost and closed my claim (despite it being 2 months late) the agent was rude and condescending and said Iโ€™d have to chase it up as they donโ€™t do that.

Needed to send Christmas present to a friend of ours children in Sussex. I knew I could rely on Parcel2 Go and they didn't let me down. Gave me a choice of parcel companies and choose Evri, a complete success.
