Terrible customer service and drivers that don’t know how to do their job. I had to have an order redelivered after my parcel didn’t get accepted the first time. Claim delivery was attempted today at going up to 9 am but no parcel. Not only was I awake one of my house mates was and was downstairs about to leave for work. Got told the driver rang the bell but it did not ring and I got no notification. Now I have to spend at least £20, maybe even as much as £40 going to this depot to collect the parcel as another one arrive in time for Christmas which I need as this is a gift. Not had these issues with any other couriers who use the bell. Not even royal mail! Train your drivers to do better and train your customer service team to do better.

We have used a range of couriers but APC are by far the best and most reliable we have used. We also have a fantastic account manager Janet who goes above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend using APC

This was a downgraded review to 1 🌟...
I have upped it to 3 🌟 only because of the very helpful young man in the Bolton depot named Tony....They have held their hands up to their mistake in not addressing the package perfectly... But Tony didn't give me the run around nor the usual B S companies are so good at... They have accepted the mistake and I absolutely applaud that approach.
Because of that I will use them again.

Amazing experience and what courier shipment should be like.

I called up on Saturday saying I needed a pallet delivering By Monday 12 mid day. They said they can do same day delivery by popping down Monday 7AM and delivering it by 12.

Their Director (Ian) kept me well informed throughout the process, (even on the weekend), was very honest, reasonable and understood the importance of the job.

Their whole team was a delight to speak to including Martin who I spoke to first and Liam who took my payment.

Very credible company and an invaluable asset to the logistics sector.

They could not have done anything better so it's a 5* rating from me

The driver didn't even knock to the door .Went without leaving parcel. Rung up customer service to find out that they don't have mobile number to the driver so they can't contact him .

The driver didn't knock on my door (or did silently), posted a card through but left no consignment number. The card said they were open saturdays but when I called to confirm they said that I could only collect mon-fri, I asked them to leave it there and I will collect on the tuesday as I was working overnight and when I drove all the way there they had decided to deliver it to a neighbour the day before, who happened to be walking by, they didn't check or write down who they'd delivered it to (could of been anyone) and they didn't leave a card to say that they'd even delivered it to a neighbour, the man at the depot was really good and helpful but not a service I would use to deliver my own goods.

Honestly and amazing courier, we have used APC for many years due to the personal service and really friendly, helpful and amazing depot support, our account manager Janet has also helped us at every stage.

Just had to phone to re arrange delivery. Girl who answered was so unhelpful, I explained I've asked amazon to ensure delivery is left either with neighbour or in rear. She said I would need to be here. From 8am to 4 pm. It's just not good enough.
