Almost a month after they collected my lot, I have still not received the parcel I contracted with Mailbox. They have repeatedly sent copy-pasted email responses which have been incorrect, have asked for payment after I provided it already, and have generally exhibited the poorest communication of any courier service I have ever used.

MBE Preston did an immaculate job on hard binding a personal copy of my thesis. They were so helpful and enterprising, and couldn't do enough to get the job done for you at a very fair price!! They emailed to say they received my printing for binding and projected a timescale which they kept!! So I was able to arrange and collect it in a timely fashion. I can't recommend them enough!! They couldn't do enough, and you get the impression they were just as proud as I was impressed with the finished product. And such reasonable pricing too, to add to the bonus! It’s honestly a disgrace that the same guy refuses to do printing each and every time. No matter how many pages you want to print, 1 or 50, he’ll just say he’s busy (not) and tell me to go somewhere else. Every other staff member is excellent and professional, but this one guy is an absolute joke. I hope with this review management realises that there is an employee straight up refusing to serve customer.
