I went to this post office to return Amazon delivery and Evri packages (10 returns). Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff were not welcoming, and their behavior came across as unprofessional. They didn’t greet or smile, and their overall attitude felt unpleasant, especially when I was returning the Amazon package.

I understand it can be a busy job, but a little politeness and courtesy go a long way in creating a positive customer experience. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
