I really do hope this companies distribution efforts exceed their goods in efforts. 30 years in the business and it's the worst and most inefficient I've ever seen.

absolutely disgusting to deal to deal. on just about every collection we book in they don't turn up to collect. they are the most rude disgraceful bad mannered company with little or no respect for the people who give them there custom. hang your heads in shame your a deplorable company to deal with and liars.

I cannot praise one of Expect Distribution's drivers enough.
I cannot rate them 10 stars but I would if I could.
The driver who helped me is called Shaun (Express 1) and I have never met a more polite, patient and helpful driver.
I took delivery of a very heavy lathe and a milling machine which should have been delivered with a method of unloading.
Through no fault of his own he turned up with the two machines and no method of unloading.
He could have just driven off but he didn't.
Using my engine hoist he helped me arrange the lifting straps and chains and assisted me unloading them both.
If Expect Distribution's Drivers are anything like Shaun, and he says they are, I recommend them highly.
Thank you very much Shaun. I couldn't have done it without you.

I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed with this company and how professional their staff are.

There were a few unforseen issues with my delivery time, which were no fault of the company. The staff I spoke to at Expect (Kate and Rowena) were first class and couldn't have been any more helpful.

The Driver Nathan was fantastic too, very professional and courteous. A proper Gent and a credit to the organisation.

Huge thanks to everyone concerned for making my delivery happen today.

The driver of the lorry blocked the road when parking as he was so far away from the curb. After polity asking him to move closer in he said “just drive up the curb”, or don’t you want to get your car dirty”. Then after Finlay driving away and making us wait he made a smirk remark of “should have got a better car” I was only polite to this gentleman and he was only rude and immature back. Can’t imagine what there actual service is like!
