So far brilliant. Only just got the unit, and yes there’s a not insignificant cost to it for a small space, but I can’t fault either the customer service or how the units are set up.

Update. Now finished my contract and handed back. It’s been incredibly useful for 2 months and I can’t fault the staff or the setup. Highly recommend

Alex, Louise and the team at The Storage Team Skelmersdale are fantastic. The are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The units are spotless and secure and there is equipment to use to move your stuff to your unit.

Really impressed with this place. Great staff, clean facility, and great security that's all controlled through a downloadable app on your phone. I'd recommend this place to anyone that is looking for short term (min 2 weeks) or long term storage.

I only needed my unit for 2 weeks to store stuff as I moved home. It was brilliant that they applied the 50% off discount too so I only ended up paying the equivalent of one week.

Would use again if I move again in the future.

Great experience from start to finish ,
Help and advice pre-letting from friendly staff .
Good communication during the rental period and easy process to end use of the storage facilities, and speedy return of deposit.

Access times are great and more than adequate trolley, pallet trucks on site to aid moving around your items.

The place is secure and clean.

When required again I will return.
