Gave it a 2nd go after a terrible experience. The old bald man is miserable. Customer service really isn’t his strong suit. The guy with the long hair is just at bad. Slow, rude, miserable. Both should hand the job over to staff who can serve a small community with a smile. It’s not difficult.

Never actually open. Impossible to use this to collect DPD parcels or drop off. I actively avoid shopping with online retailers who use Royal Mail / DPD as I know it will take weeks to find a time I can actually get my goods / make returns.

The post office does not open until 9am. The staff can also be very rude about that. If they could change their times online to reflect that, it would be great.

Every customer I saw here was polite and calm, but the man working here was obnoxious and rude. Why? If you don’t like your job I’m sure someone else would happily have it instead. He really ruined my day and left me never wanting to use this post office, or any really, whenever I can help it.
