Amazing job during our most recent HHG pickup. Tom, Clive, and Aiden were absolutely top notch. I loved that they felt comfortable making our home their temporary home by playing music, conversing and joking with all of us. They thoroughly covered all items to be packed and had us check rooms again to make sure that everything was in the crates before they were sealed. We are sad to have to leave the UK and the amazing team we had nearly all week made a stressful time one of the most peaceful we have ever had.

To Tom, Clive and Aiden, thank you for sharing your stories with us and bringing us laughter and even taking time to stop and check on my spouse on Day 2 when the emotions were settling in. Tom and Clive you definitely need a podcast with Aiden as a special guest. I wish that you three gentleman were the ones delivering our goods. We wish you all the very best in your careers and life. Thank you for a truly memorable experience.

Fantastic experience for a move that ended up spreading over the weekend.

Booked originally for a 2 day move (Thurs to Friday), but a last minute change in completion day meant we didn't get keys till Friday 2pm.

The Arrowpack team were really accommodating, helpful and agreed to keep everything on the van over the weekend.

We got time to clean the new property and move everything in on Monday with no fuss. Friendly and respectful staff moving everything and the office team (especially Kristie) were great at keeping us updated throughout.

The best priced company we found, with the least jargon or complications. Just book Arrowpack, you won't be dissapointed.

Crew did a great job, however for my move out of storage, I used another local company, half the price, and although my payments were up to date, an error had been made on my final bill, not my fault, and I was informed that if I didn’t pay the £10 owed, my items would not be released from the warehouse the following day. Basically threatening me. Not happy at all….

Superb customer service from first phone call through to thank you note at conclusion of service. Hannah was just first class in every regard. Professional, kind and empathetic, patient no matter how many questions I had and followed up with me even when the shipment was no longer in Europe.
The prices were very reasonable and their service from initial quotation, to packing all items, communicating throughout shipping process was 5 Stars.

From the office Hannah was a pleasure to deal with, the surveyor Paul had an in-depth knowledge of how the move needed to be completed and gave me an instant volume of my personal effects.

Moving booking after receiving my quote I completed the acceptance form and returned it back to arrowpack with two possible moving dates, and Hannah replied by email and kept me updated on the availability.

Moving day Tom Stuart and Dan arrived on time and got straight to it, they were polite and friendly and made easy work of it with out delay. Before they left made sure everything was loaded onto the truck. On delivery they made sure items were placed in the correct rooms I requested, and on leaving at the end of the job asked if there was anything else they could help me with.

Basically on the whole a great friendly Pleasant Experience.

Having found further down Arrowpaks road that a sheet of plywood would cost 55gbp delivered, I called in at Arrowpak on the offchance that they may be able to help. I needed a piece to cover my elderly neighbours wrought iron gate to give him some privacy. I said secondhand would do. I gave them the size and was asked to wait in my car and a man would bring it to me. Within two minutes he brought it cut to size from brand new plywood. Arrowpak don't know me from Adam, so how kind was that? Being 82 myself I doubt I shall ever move house again, but if I do I shall remember the name ARROWPAK. Thankyou gentlemen, I won't forget your kindness.
