Just been into Wickes, so disappointed. I was wanting to purchase a new kitchen today but not one single employee offered assistance, there was three people clearly could see us looking and trying to suss out products - will just order online

Looks great from the outside with a large car park and good looking building. Entrance is uninviting with random products but gets better the further you explore into the store. Kitchen and bathroom area very good and attractive.

Garage flooded this morning because Highways haven't cleared the storm drains!!! Wickes had hessian sand bags, sand and plenty of it!!
Also fitted garage door seal which is belt and braces 'cos it's definitely gonna rain again🙄
All good prices and service.

Forgot my card, had my driving licence to prove who I was, still would not check it on the computer, my name, my address so no data fraud. As a regular customer for over 20years not good service. Won't be in a rush to go back, very awkward to deal with.

A good Wickes , been in to pick up some supplies. I call in quite often, like the products. The young shopfloor staff are very kind and helpful. Overall a pleasure to visit.

Needs more trollies especially for boards. The layout of the shop and tills make it Challenging to get the trollies down when having boards

We had our kitchen designed and installed by Wickes and all seemed well at first until our sink fell out of the worktop. I would not have thought this was a major problem but six weeks later we are no closer to it being fixed. Calls result in no action, emails (following the company’s own complaints policy) are ignored and nobody will help. Spend your money with someone who cares about their customers and don’t be fooled by the seemingly helpful responses to online reviews, they do not result in any action
