We hired a self drive Luton van for moving house.

Moved us from Cornwall to Cumbria. The guys who moved us were excellent made the whole experience stress free. Company refunded £400 as they didn't need to use a smaller van at the Cumbria end. Definitely recommend very professional company.

We used Lanes for an international delivery moving my mother's belongings from Cornwall to Spain, it involved a last-minute booking and a lot of paperwork for the international part as everything needed to pass through customs. The removals team themselves were great - professional, calm and capable. Then for the next stage I had a lot of questions to help get through the paperwork, and Elise was an enormous help - always friendly and helpful, we couldn't have done it without her. A great service all round.

We were facing a massive move last August, but we needn’t have worried. We were genuinely in safe hands from start to finish. Admin team keep us on track and the guys on the ground were efficient, professional and courteous. Not a breakage in sight. The operation is slick, delivering as promised without any fuss. We’d have no hesitation in using again or recommending!

Requested a quote surveyor came out, said I would receive a quote later that day when I did not get it emailed them only to be told surveyor had a query and need to speak to a manager who would not be back in until the Monday, then got a email saying they were refusing to quote when I sent an email saying I was not happy and why had they refused to quote I was ignored

We’ve used this company twice now, both times the administration and organisation has been excellent, the actual removal guys are professional and extremely friendly, considering they moved us into and out of a 4 story townhouse, which is particularly difficult to negotiate with large pieces of furniture, we had virtually no damage to any furniture or the property.

Absolutely brilliant company, from packing up are goods in Cornwall to storage and then delivering to Hutton. Every member of staff we dealt with was professional and understanding. On taking delivery of our goods Perry & Ben were exceptional, hard working, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble, even though we have a nightmare spiral staircase 😂. Can’t praise them high enough, thanks lads.
Best removal team I have experienced and highly recommend them for their professionalism, communication, advice and understanding.
