This company thinks they are inchage of all of the industrial estate because they operate out of a couple of buildings drivers park where they want and expect you to move even if they park illegally and if u question anything they say you get accused of being aggressive rude or even in some instances racist disgusting behaviour as a whole

Collected from here, office staff were brilliant and knew exactly what I was there to collect and no less than two warehouse staff and two of their own drivers assisted me and pointed me in the right direction meaning I was in, loaded and out, very professional and very efficient, thank you.

Longs delivered a pallet of ceramic tiles to my home yesterday. My elderly parents took delivery as I was unable to be there. I was worried as I had been informed that they would just leave them at the kerb. The lovely driver unpacked all the boxes from his vehicle. Checked each box with my Mum and then transported the lot into my back garden and into my shed! He couldn't have been more helpful and is an absolute credit to the company. Thank you Longs for a job well done.

Sick n tired of their drivers using private land to illegally park their units blocking access to a residential area as they are too thick to read the "do not park in front of the gates" signs. Driver of unit YG68LWH even managed to park in front of the pedestrian access gate tonight meaning people had to divert just to get home!! 13/2/19
