I can thoroughly recommend Brookdale transport. Jonty from Brookdale arrived exactly on time and made an otherwise stressful (for me) experience very easy.
He was super friendly and amenable and went out of his way to accommodate our needs with loading my container on to my trailer.
Very impressive rig and no issues with not having the right equipment for the job in hand. Definitely deserve 5 stars.

Drove a massive lorry down a tight residential road and smashed my wing mirror. Then refused to pay any damages and accused me of lying after I had to move my car nearer to my grans house to try and make the mirror safe to drive my son to swimming. Furious and would strongly recommend AVOIDING.

An employee of this company drove into our vehicle whilst stationary causing damage. He admitted fault at the time. He informed company and they also admitted fault at the time. We gave them a estimate and they apparently sent it to their insurance company. All good until we received a call from their company claiming our stationary vehicle miraculously drove into him. This is not a honourable company to do this to a small one van family company that can ill afford the cost.. The price for this multi million pound companies integrity £1500 yep £1500. If that is how this company operates, then, sorry I would rather do without dealing with them. It's shameless what big companies will to to save a couple of quid. And shafts a small business to boot.

Had a Brookdale Transport HIAB on site this morning to do a complex welfare move.
The operator was a newly qualified young man, he was very professional, well mannered, safety conscious, helpful and a credit to your company. He followed the RAMS & Lift plan to the letter.
I would defiantly recommend Brookdale transport for HIAB moves.

I have used Brookdale numerous times over the past 5 years and never once have they let me down. Their fleet has expanded with some of the latest and most impressive vehicles over the years and their customer service and drivers are in my opinion the best in the industry.

These was booked via a 3rd party to collect and drop of x4 40ft containers to our yard today. The lad that came had not been doing the job long think he said around a week or so but what a top guy he was nothing was to much trouble, all 4 containers placed where we asked even though it was a little tricky. He is a credit to your company
