Use this post office regularly as a vital part in my small business to post products to customers. The regular Post Office attendant is very pleasant and helpful, but it seems he’s only there until late afternoon (5ish) and the shopkeeper will then close the Post Office till (even though it’s advertised to be open til 9pm) and even sometimes claim the till is faulty. Far too many times now I have been between the hours of 5pm-9pm (advertised opening) and the Post Office till has been closed. This causes massive delays sometimes in me posting to my customers, as well as me just taking time in between work and other things to go, which is more wasted time. Not good! Admittedly I fully expressed how I felt the last time this happened and didn’t hold back…Although I have been a regular for some time, I will have to now find an alternative due to this poor service. Hopefully the Post Office themselves will be able to do something about this and crack down on businesses not fulfilling their services.

Went in on a Saturday to use Post Office, the man tells me the system is down but it’s ok the post office is also open on Sunday and Monday. “Bank Holiday Monday?” I ask, “Yes we are always open”. As I walked out I noticed the sign which reads “If the shop is open, the post office is open”.. great!
Bank holiday Monday I drive to the shop again and as I walk in the same man says “sorry love the post office is closed today it’s bank holiday Monday”..... despite my pleas, apparently he never said it was open (he did) and the sign out the front doesn’t count on bank holiday Mondays (despite not saying so). Two wasted journeys and lied to... never again!

A very small room where you can't go around how crowded the room is and a staff where I don't know who the employees are and who the heads of the Post Office are. I don't recommend this staff where no one knows who is in charge of the Post Office and who of the store sales creating misunderstandings between customers, because the employee of the Post Office is not separated from the one who sells the products of the store and It creates confusion between with the customers of the Post Office and those who want to buy !!!

Good local post office. Staff always seem friendly. I miss the big old post offices, but this is great as most of the big ones shut now! Be lost without local post offices like this. Keep it up. tq.

Great little post office, always very friendly and helpful.

As HSBC in Caterham closed last week, I have learnt today we can use this branch to pay cash and cheques in with no limit, so again more good service from this little post office.

Support them, they are brilliant.

Rude lady. Three weeks ago I went to recharge my Oyster card and she told me that they don't accept cards. Today I went again to buy some envelopes and stamps (24, we are not talking about just some peanuts) and she told me that they don't accept card, they accept only card for the Oyster Card.... I DON'T LIKE TO GO TO PLACES WHERE THEY DON'T ACCEPT CARDS!!
