Delivery was expected between 7:21am-9:21am Sat. Waited between these times, no delivery was attempted. At 11:12am, got update saying item was retained here for collection. Got here at 11:30am. Staff refused to find my parcel because it hadn't been sorted yet, and that I should come back Mon. Asked for staff to find it since it's important, still refused.

This company did not even attempt to deliver, made me drive 15m to this collection office, and is now withholding my parcel for 2 days because they are too lazy to find it despite saying it's ready for collection. Wish I could give 0 stars since both the delivery drivers and sorting office quite literally refuse to do their job.
