Listen, you changed your name because of a poor reputation and to begin with I do feel service improved however, things seem to be slipping back to the old ‘Hermes’ days!
I have requested 3 out of the 4 attempts that you leave my parcel in the shed and 3 out of 4 times you have failed to do this, it really is quite simple, walk or even drive round to the back of my house, open the gate and leave the parcel in the shed, I mean how hard can it be?
So I’ve exhausted myself with chat bots and automated phones etc etc. finally found a number in google an 0333 number they gave me another number to call an 0900 number which I questioned and was assured would be fine and would supposedly put me through to a live human to discuss my issues however, thankfully, when I tried to call my phone provider would not allow me to make the call as not only is this a chargeable service but it is the most expensive service available!!
Why can you not A) Speak to live human or B) Get a response to the several messages left with chat bots?

If you’re going to provide a service provide it or allow the customer a simple route to complain.

Brand new everything!
Largest in Europe been told. 700 trl bays. 300 for units. Old and New in both dept.
Plenty teething problems due to being open up last week. Time will tell if operations on all front are kept fresh and clean in every aspect.

Absolutely had my fill for paying extra for a 2 day delivery service for Evri to fail everytime to meet the deadlines .
What a sham of a company . If i could give a zero stars I would .

I am doing job with with Evri my call sign is OL176. Whenever parcel was left in my van I give it back to Evri. One day my head bulk is broke I did go to welder he make it. After 6 month again from this piece is forcely push by security guard of Evri and put the finger in it and take the picture from upside and said the parcel is visible. He banned me from Evri warehouse Barnsley and when I delivered this collection from Barnsley to bury saint Edmund. Their was also security supervisor who checked this welding from inside the van and they told me that's was good no issue.
So I did go again to workshop and they fixed it. So now the Evri is not giving me the job.. This is award they give me which I did. I did my job with honestly and paying 5000 pound per year of insurance and they just banned the people. Shame on you Evri your are not a good trader.

Worst experience ever, I wish there was a rule in UK to sew the companies like these who bully their employees. My wife was called to the job last night after sending multiple texts confirming the shift from their end and her end as well, they cancel it without any prior notice. What a shitty governing policy for a country which protests so much against bullying and discrimination.

Uncomfortable place to be. You feel under constant surveillance with the million cameras and petty little tyrants (always foreign) eagerly imposing the most trivial of rules should you move an inch out of place. They seem to revel in this. They set traps to try and get you sacked. It is a very strange culture. This particular depot also plays a big role in importing infinity Africans to the country. The warehouse is full of them. It is also hideously impractical, because you need to walk about 1km just to reach the building from the car park. And when you exit, you'll have more petty little (foreign) tyrants to deal with on security on the way out. This depot simply typifies everything that is undesirable about the modern workplace and indeed modern life in this country. Low trust, hyper surveillance, bleak, depressing, foreigners everywhere. Escaping the place is always a wonderful feeling.

I don't understand how this company can still be open.

There is no customer support whatsoever. I can't get a refund because Noone is providing a letter that says the parcel has been sent back. I am trying to reach a human over the phone, via a chatbot and now I'm even spamming the Instagram feed to get some help.

I'm very disappointed that in a country like this, where there are so many companies that make deliveries there is one like EVRI still open scamming people.

The next step is to just go to their actual office and then only I will find a solution. To my so simple issue.
