Been working with the guys at Herbert Watson for a few years now and they have always been totally transparent, super helpful and knowledgeable. If I could rate this business 0 stars, I would.

We worked with Herbert Watson some time ago on a shipment from China to the United Kingdom (quite a large one). Not only did they deliver hugely outside of agreed timeframes, they have dodged all responsibility and liability for the delay. Not to mention, the hoohah on agreed trading terms.

Awful company, awful staff, awful service. Stay absolutely clear if you have any self worth.
