Very poor planning dangerous working practice and always advertising for drivers.

If the company can not retain drivers, their working practice leads to employee injury and they are always looking for more drivers, I don’t think the promise of any amount of money will attract new staff.

Surely someone somewhere must look at the office staff as the problem sooner than later.

🤷🏻‍♂️ Avoid at all cost my advise.
