Very poor service...bad communication
Be careful this company sells ticket for routes that don't exist , for example Genoa - Malta operate by GNV hasn't exist anymore , if you call GNV they will say that not available , but Freight Link take money for this route and then say you're going to get it back ....in few days ....Romania employees are very poor ...if they made a mistake try to explain that is your fault ....very expensive ...very disastrous ....try another company but avoid Freight Link !!!!!

I use freighlink to search and book for ferries. The staff is absolutely brilliant I recommend it to anyone like me that doesn't know what they are doing. They go above and beyond what they have to, just to help you out. The booking system is easy. It's easy to get port directions. The ferry details are always correct, it's just brilliant. Highly recommended!

Booked a returned crossing to Isle of Wight in a van with one passenger. Got charged £64 each way. I was booked on Wight link ferries. I checked price direct, for exact same crossing a got a price of £34 each way. Attached is the screenshot of the price. The date shown is today but it hasn't changed since last Friday. Thanks freightlink you just made me a loss.

Hi, booking on the site is straight forward and you can see the price and the alternative crossing method's.
What let's it down is you cannot book a timed ferry crossing ?
My view is that if you arrive at the ferry terminal aprox 1 1/2 hours before the crossing then you should be able to catch the ferry you booked.
The open ticket is fine for those operators not on a deadline, but most of the time when you arrive you sit there for hours. So making hotel booking's and having a deadline to meet is impossible.
