Just used Acclaim Logistics, I experienced outstanding customer care, excellent delivery service & they couldn't of been more helpful, accommodating & diligent to my needs. I was extremely worried as I was having Handmade Sofas delivered costing over £2,500-if they got damaged I'd have no comeback & seeing as though they were the heaviest solid wood sofas they'd ever come across, as you can imagine I was gravely concerned but the Acclaim team couldn't of been more considerate & careful. Overall I am an extremely happy customer who couldn't be more thankful to the Isle of Wight logistics team in particular Darren & his exceptional customer service. I'd have no concerns recommending them to anyone who requires their expertise. Many Thanks again guys, hope to do more business with you in the near future.

Just had an Acclaim delivery. The driver (American accent), was the best chap we ever had !!! Amazingly polite, helpful and cheerful. We need more drivers and customer service like he gave ( sorry no name ) but he needs a big gold star 🎉🎉🎉

I had problems with a delivery from the mainland to the Isle of Wight as my order sat in a depot for two weeks. Tommy Pearce helped me sort out the delay in getting my pallet to the island and kept me informed as to progress including delaying another delivery so the two items could be delivered together. What a helpful company and a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service from Tommy.
