Unprofessional. I've had an account since 2017. Customer service has gotten worse. They outsourced their phone system and it sounds terrible. I placed an order for a ptz system, was promised Thursday delivery, it was placed on hold for no reason why. Had to call 7 times to speak to someone, then they'll put you on hold and give an attitude when they come back on the phone. Buy somewhere else!!
