Very terrible at service. Their workers don't make deliberate efforts to ensure that items in their care are delivered. They claim they have been at your place even when you were home,no knock no call, no quick update before they arrive but the next minute you get the notification you make effort to find their office and they tell you they are closed. How does one open by 8am and close by 10am and the office isn't close for those that ain't motorable. It was my birthday today and the items in my delivery were all foe the birthday but now I have to go to a walk in shop to get something completely . How upsetting for a birthday mood. So now I have to returns my items back to the store because it is completely useless to me now.

8am to 10am to call you is totally unacceptable. I am a disabled person and I am unable to call you before 10am. When my complaint is regarding the delivery office I need to speak to a member of staff based there. I've tried calling the other number and had no joy regarding my poor level of service

Gave me delivery slot that was "Thursday or Friday" Totally inappropriate for making arrangements for collection. Package was taken back to the sorting office and made available collection. Wasn't informed of this until I contacted the vendor. Collection is only available between 8am and 10am. Totally unsuitable for working people. I have never had a package successfully delivered by this depot, and now they've cost me money. Absolutely terrible service

Opening times are stupid 8am to 10am 2 hours and 8am to 12 on Saturday 4 hours what are most people who work to do sort it out post office maybe a later opening would help people at least one night

Came to collect my parcel today at 12 noon only to find this notice! What the hell are these working hours? I guess I have a choice either take a day off or wait a week for a Saturday. Ridiculous.

Re directed here as it fit in with a few pickups that I had planned. Called after work at 2.30 only to find that the opening hours had changed since I last used it. Unbelievably they now only open 2 hours a day through the week(8 until 10) and 4 hours on Saturday. Absolutely pointless. Had to redirect again to a post office that actually has useful opening times.

Booked online a redlivery four days in advance (an option on the App). Royal Mail decided to not take note & delivered on a day I was not in. I opted to drive to sorting office having little conifdence the parcel would be delivered on the day I had asked for. The person behind the counter was rude, now I know there are notices up to be polite to the staff, which I was. I simply corrected the person with the delivery date, they said another date, in case the person was looking at the wrong record. I had an "alright then" and a look of disgust. Whilst I dont write complaints most if not all my Customer Service ewxperiences have been 100% this was simply rude, I thought I was doing them a favour by collecting! Politeness works both ways Royal Mail.

Called to check office was definitely open and my parcel was ready - asked about parking situation and if I needed ID ( Yes). Drove down, parked up , Prompt and professional service by the man in the pink shirt). What more can you ask for? NB have spoke to a member of staff here on a couple of occasions and service always helpful and friendly. Cheers!
