5 stars for Kingsbury Branch, really helpful and friendly front of house team, had great advice with the PTZ Camera. Used there services several times never had any issues. Definitely pay them a visit if you need anything.

Poor infrastructure regarding walking into a branch (Kingsbury branch London) and you need to make a purchase. If you're on a schedule forget it! I had to wait 25 minutes just to be served!! There was only one other customer in front of me. The sales person didn't even make the effort to call for someone to assist despite there being several other members of staff visible in the background. On questioning this the response was that they are busy on the phone! Not even an apology. A pathetic customer service to say the least and I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

(see response below) Thank you for taking the time to respond. That's exactly what I did. It was an order that was placed last week that I wanted to collect. A 25 min wait!! No excuses! Your customer service is bad! This isn't the first time I've had to wait ages.. and judging by your response it won't be the last time you'll get a complaint of this nature! I can take my business elsewhere but if you continue losing customers it'll be at the demise of the company and your jobs. Good luck!

I love the Hikvision products and one of my friend recommend me to buy from ADI Kingsbury but I went there today ( 25.11.2021), showroom was closed and no notice at all...not happy at all as I needed to finish the installation job today. Luckily I googled and found another local Hikvision supplier, SSR Trading, didn't know much about this company, but really pleased with sales staff and plenty of stock and choice and good prices.....
