After you told us that our parcel was on its way - 3 weeks ago - we stll have not received it....... we constantly receive a text from you that it will be delvered on X day.... guess what: still nothing!

The delivery service was extremely disappointing. The tracking system was highly inefficient, resulting in a two-day delay in receiving my package. Furthermore, when I attempted to contact the UPS main office, my call went unanswered. Upon finally receiving the package, it was severely damaged. I strongly recommend against using UPS for delivery services.

So my Amazon order arrived via UPS whose driver was instructed to charge import fee for item. Politely I told him I wasn't paying nearly £50 cash and requested he took it away. No problem. ...but there was a problem 😕 After nearly a month UPS billed me, then billed me again adding interest. The issue was referred to my local MP who contacted UPS. With the delay in any action from UPS and anxious about the rising cost, I paid. Only to receive a letter the next day apologising for the unnecessary billing. To date I have not received a refund...guess what? The nice young man on their help (NOT)line speaking from Guatemala (!!!!!***) couldn't help...what to do?...

If you want headache, delayed shipment, pathetic offshore customer service who tell you lies and want to waste your money, then go ahead and use UPS at your peril. Otherwise, use another company!

Don't waste your time using this company.

UPS stands for utterly poor service.

Dropped my parcel in to a ups collection point at sutton Station with the correct paper work for customs as specified and that came with my labels. Along with copies of the invoice of purchase. The person clearly checking it in has either lost paperwork or failed to hand it over causing my package to go to another country be held there for number of weeks to then be redirected back to be sent back to myself and here the kicker it's now held in customs for the same reason.

After many emails and even giving them an email copy of the invoice they have failed to simply print this off and attach it to the box. 47 days my parcel has been in transit.

This contains a piece of equipment that is meant to be going to be repaired. This has now lost my business over £2500 In lost revenue and over £1500 in rental costs.

I'm sick to death of dealing with this company trying to get my package back.

If your thinking of using them don't waste your time.

U - Useless P - Parcel S - Service

UPS are the worst delivery company I have ever come across. they have never delivered on the specified day or even the specified week & the customer service is nonexistent. I have tried for three days now to find out why they keep telling me my package is going to be delivered on the day but it never arrives.
I have also asked to speak to someone in the UK but apparently UPS do not take calls in the UK.

UPS are now preventing my care workers from going to work!

*Update*
I have tried to contact UPS in the way they requested in their response to this. It was an absolute waste of time. I have requested information about how I can escalate my complaint to a director but I keep getting asked to speak to customer service!

Before I start check out trustpilot to get a true representation of the services they offer.
I actually got customer services to call me back when trying to locate my parcel that had 'gone missing'
All I got was lies. Lies lies lies.
She claimed she had actually found my parcel and just scanned it and promised it would be delivered the next day (today).
I now know that is absolutely a lie through and through.
Would customer services like to get back in touch with me and explain then I can explain to them how poor ups really is?

Terrible service I've been waiting 3 days now for a next day delivery. they "tried to deliver it twice" apparently the parcel was rejected by receiver, which isn't true so they're now sending it back to sender.

I forgive the 15 minute wait to get hold of an agent on the phone however once I got in touch with somebody I spent most of the call on hold. In fact 1 hour spent on hold to be put through to a completely different agent to start again...

I will not be using UPS again with my business
