Communication was good as I can ask for information even outside of normal working hours. My boxes arrived in Indonesia exactly 7 days after being collected in the UK. However we need to collect the boxes at the airport as it is not a door-to-door service. For an air cargo shipment, they offer a good price.

Not like another big cargo company, Alburaq gave me such as personalised service within 24/7. They will answer all your queries about the shipment. I booked Alburaq to send my shipment to Indonesia, they offers very cheap price per kg with pick-up service. Overall I really satisfy with them. One thing you should aware that the service is not door-to-door, you should pick-up your shipment in the airport when it arrived.

لا توجد مصداقيه
والشحن بالترانزيت شحنتي اخذت 25 يوم لحد ما استلمتها
ابد مافي تعاون ولا تحمل مسؤوليه
ومافي مصداقيه من البدايه لا يخبرك بان الشحنه راح تطلع ترانزيت لانها طبعا ارخص
