I strongly advise against this company. I received a quote where the additional £225 was not mentioned, simply because my supplier didn’t want to disclose their broker. When I emailed to point out that I wasn’t aware of this charge and mentioned that I found it expensive and would likely not work with them again, the carrier decided to abandon the shipment of my goods at the last minute, leaving me completely stranded.

This company is unprofessional: if you dare to voice dissatisfaction with their pricing, you risk them dropping your shipment. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible service. Staff are rude with an intolerably inflated ego, disgustingly aggressive and disrespectful. Not to mention they are expensive and just a hassle to deal with all around. Avoid like the plague.
