Good experience from UK till my home in Pakistan. They know well how to handle the clients. Polite, professional and caring till the delivery of the luggage. I suggest to put more efforts to safe items from breakage during packing particulars and delivery generally. Wishing for their future endeavours

WORST SERVICE EVER - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Sent Cargo (Clothes only) to Pakistan over 6 months ago and we have been chasing them for the updates and now they told us that it is stuck at Karachi airport and Custom is asking for extra money and Cargo Lord wants us to pay that money directly to the custom in Pakistan.

Never seen anything like that with any other cargo services. I spoke to them and they kept saying there is nothing they can do and if we want the stuff, we need to pay more to custom office in Karachi otherwise Custom will dispose off everything which was not part of their terms and conditions. It is their responsibility to safely deliver the stuff to the agreed location but they don't take the responsibility as the business and want customer to deal with the issue.

Never to use their services if you want your stuff to be delivered safely.

Very disappointed. Well packed and managed in overseas, but here in Pakistan no updates. Mr.owais hardly picks the call , no reply of msgs... My stuff is in lahore from last one week but still not delivering to me , also no updates.
Crap system, specially in Pakistan.

Worst experience through this company. Sent the cargo through this company their agent in glasgow picked it and at the end my things been stolen and charge me overpriced and worst experience ever .donot sent through them.

Assalmoalaikum all it was good experience for us to deal with this cargo. Mr Owais especially was of great help as our bag was unfortunately loaded for faisalabad but he tried his best and was communicating with us on every step Alhamdullah we received our bag May Allah bless Mr Owais. I am sure he must be helping others too. The company must be proud of him

Ur parcel get stuck at karachi airport for months and they need extra amount for clearing the parcel.
Never use this service again

Poor service. iLL management in Birmingham and same in Pakistan. They don't deliver door to door. The staff is very rude.
