Absolutely fantastic, personalized, service end to end! My expectations were met and far exceeded. The team collected, crated and shipped an 85kg transmission for me from the UK to the UAE. Communication was excellent as was their flexibility in coordinating the pick up. I have just rang JK Francis for assistance with a DG shipment I have down in Somerset and despite not even being a customer Neil was incredibly helpful and has saved me either £500.00 in transport charges or a 450 mile round trip to collect/inspect the goods.
