We have been customers of Parcelhub for some 5 years now and enjoyed a very high level of service throughout this period. Our account Manager, Nick, has taken the trouble to understand our business and, consequently, tailor the right services to cater for our requirements. On the rare occasions when we have needed it, he has willingly gone the extra mile for us and provided a personal service over and above what we might have expected. For this we are extremely grateful and that also extends to the support staff who consistently answer our questions in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. Highly recommended.

I was to collect an order from The cake decorating company and when I wanted to exit the disrespectful driver from PARCELHUB block the exit to loading his parcels , even though there were 100m space in the yard . Told him nicely to reverse just 1m being able to get out , replying That I have to reverse , not to disturb him in any way. Called twice customer service , but pointless .
Just a small advice for management as a business owner.
Train your drivers properly and make sure they have personality and respect for others .

Crowders.co.uk have been using Parcelhub for some time now and we've found their service to be of a consistently high standard. As an online garden centre, our courier needs can be quite varied and challenging, but the Parcelhub team took the time to really understand our business and put together a package that worked for us. Their e-commerce customer service team have also been very helpful in pro-actively monitoring tracking events and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time.

Of course there are problems with parcels and deliveries but the communication and support we recieved from Parcelhub has been 2nd to none.
