Hi, I have paid nearly £740 for the safe delivery of my fragile items, as max of the items were damaged and after receiving the delivery of my parcels I noticed that I have literally wasted money for the safe delivery of items. This courier is good for sending clothes and small electronic items but not at all good for fragile items because if you're sending anything that is fragile or grocery items then you'll be losing money and you will receive your items damaged just like me. Using this courier I understood that I have wasted huge money for the safe & sound of my parcels delivery but they don't handle your fragile items as fragile, they treat it as every normal courier delivery and crush the items as if its like a unbreakable stuff. Its a shambles to use this courier. Highly disappointed and never ever going to use this courier again in future for any deliveries.

I didn't get my package shipped to Nigeria because the company couldn't do a commercial invoice. When you complain they don't do anything and are very rude, customer service doesn't speak Good English. Please stay away from this company for your own sanity. ❌❌❌❌ they even blocked me

Had a worst experience of sending a courier internationally from their Birmingham office. It is a biggest scam you will come across. DO NOT USE THEM. Your parcels will never reach its destination and they will just tell you lies.

1. They write incorrect value of your contents without you knowing to evade customs and if it gets lost they dont have to payout the actual value of the contents.

2. They provide false promise on the timelines.

3. They tell you lies about the status updates.

It it's been almost 21 days parcel is stuck in their hub. Customer services do not bother
