Went to main warehouse of DHL in Minworth. The lad there had very good customer service, was polite and excellent at his role of posting my document to Londoan.

Went in to DHL, Midpoint way,Birmingham, to send some Correspondence to Abu Dhabi, Lady who seved me was rude several times, then I was told the letters had to be opened, which I new was incorrect, then I was told it will be a few minutes dealing with another customer, so I waited there were 2 service decks the other one had 2 staff laughing and joking and asking for coffee, 20 minutes later I spoke to Lady at desk and said how long she 15 minutes or so, I was not happy, I told them you need to check your online instructions about sending Correspondence, I went to another DHL with no issue and did not open letters. So to some up Midpoint Way DHL Staff are rude lazy and don't know jobs, absolutely disgusting and aviod this place.Gave one star because won't send but if I could I'd give zero, you need to train or replace your staff
