They collect when they say they will, great same day collection service. If delivery problems arise they do their best to solve them, even though its the delivery depot 99% of the time not them. Always someone on the end of the phone. Drivers are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely bunch of cow boys. First of all they will not call you or notify you that they have your shipment and when you should expect it. Absolutely no information. First Time their driver brought the pallete but refused to take it off the lorry because apparently pallete was too heavy and it would have broken the tail lift. Like its customer's problem. If it was too heavy than why did you bother bringing it? We had to unload the whole pallete from the lorry ourselves. Second time they lied to the sender that they have attempted to deliver the pallete when they never even tried. When I called them the man over the phone was so rude that i had to cut the call. I had to actually go and collect the pallet myself. They are rude and unprofessional. We have asked our supplier to use a different courier now so thank god we won't be using these lot again. I will not recommend anyone using these guys.
