Personally I've had nothing but quick friendly service at DHL croydon. I was a bit worried after reading all the other reviews, but on collecting my parcel it was quick and smooth, I obviously checked my parcels where there before I arrived as I find this helps and also bought photo ID. No a bank card is not a form of ID to those who think that's a good way to be identified 😅
Big thanks to the guy who bought my parcels out within 2 mins of arrival and helped put in the van 👌

Paid for next day delivery, Suddenly got a alert on the day of delivery saying Sorry we missed you and the reason they put down was the business was closed at 12:55. We are a retail store in the shopping centre and was open. Spoke to customer service and they just wanted to rebook for 2 days later as it was Friday, could not tell me why driver lied about trying to deliver and refused to call him to ask. (Said he would be busy) Cleary not busy enough to make my delivery.
