What an absolute farce! Went in and asked to buy a stamp at the shop counter. Was told i had to join the post office queue even though i just wanted 1 st class stamp. Everyone in the post office queue had parcels etc! Will never use this store again absolutely shocking customer service its not about jumping the queue there are 2 queues. One for post office. I didnt need post office services i just wanted to buy a stamp like i do at all other convience stores with post offices without joining post office queue!
