I done door to door and it the worst decision I made.
Barrels are opened and whoever helps themselves to whatever they like.
Things are purchased with hard earned money over a period of time for comforts of myself and family during my stay in jamaica and it's disgraceful to know your items are stolen especially as one there not yours and secondly the price you pay for your own goods.
It's an almighty disgrace. I'd never use Kingsley again as there mixed mash customer service is basic and I'd never do door to door again.

Running a business where people's goods are up for offer from whoever despite a seal being added is disappointing to say the least.

For such long standing shipping company I'd expect lessons to be learned and bad practice corrected.

Not impressed at all.

The service is getting from bad to worse, the staff needs better training and conduct especially in the recipient area, when collecting the barrel and goods from wharf.
There is poor organisation skills and manners alongside management the place seems unprofessional and not acceptable in the way the public is treated and handled with little to no respect.
Sad unhappy long years customer.

My experience with Kingsley is mixed, good and bad. Used the service for the first time in 2002, customer service was good, never had a problem with that, agents arrived on time, I'd get a call or text if they are running late or how far away they are, I must say communication is good. When i first used the service, i realised I did not have the money to pay the agent, I called the office and the Mr Kingsley kindly told me it's OK, that i can come in and pay whenever I have the money so the barrel was picked up and sent, and the fee paid sometime afterwards, I did not get any harassing or threatening phone calls, I use the service every year up until 2021 when items went missing and i mean a lot of items,over a dozen can of baked beans and they didn't even leave one for my children and family, the drum was 3/4 when it was opened, I did get an apology email, but didn't bother to read all of it. The problem is not Mr Kingsley, BUT the dishonest staff that he is paying, they don't realise that if he's out of business they will not have no jobs, the guilty ones are a disgrace and is disrespectful they are dragging this company name and reputation through the mud and don't care. Management must find and kick them out, and for those on the other end of the phone pretending to be Kingsley, you should be ashamed of yourself. You disgusting thief remember there is always 2 unseen eyes, how do you feel when you feed your children and family or give to them things that you stole. There is something that's called conscience and that it have ways to come back and haunt the dishonest thieves.

I was hoping that Kingsley Shipping would be a professional and efficient company to do business with. Sadly, this was not the case. Multiple calls went unanswered. Kingsley Shipping could not be contacted for days. When your goods get to Jamaica, the nightmare starts. Their agent is equally illusive with exorbitant charges which cannot be explained. Kingsley’s agent in Kingston could not give an address for their agent in Montego Bay. A total disaster. I’m really disappointed with the service.

I have been shipping with Kingsley shipping for more than 16 years, have recommended them to a lot of my Jamaican people because I believe to build our own. Their customers communication is poor but always able to manage.
For the first time ever I have experience I missing items from my home delivery.I emailed the UK office with before and after pictures and videos to complain to my amazement and disappointment no apologies from the owner just telling me the barrel looks the same to him
. I wish they was a way to send the pictures and videos so the public could see how much stuffs were taken out. So annoyed and disappointed this will be my last barrel sending to Jamaica and this is what you get when trying to be loyal to your own. Tthis will continue if the company owner behavior is this bad, no wonder office staff members behavior match their Ower. I believe Kingsley has gotten too big now he doesn't need us anymore. Really Really disappointed 😞

I have only ever used Kingsley to ship to Jamaica, even recommended them to friends and family. But I think they need to reconsider the black British woman that answers the phone. She is rude, condescending, sat, full at attude from the she answered the phone. I ask her when the next pick up slot was she told me with an attitude. I ignored it and said that's a good slot... she gave me the silent treatment front that point on. when I said hello because of silence she said what. I ask her if she was not hearing me and I repeated that it was a good slot. Her response was how should I know what that means and then went silent again. The attitude continued the entire booking. If it wasn't for the fact that I knew Kingsley and the guys are nice respectful people I would never used this shipping company again. Just nasty attitude, she puts customers off - learn to treat your own people well

Since finding Kingsley Shipping in Croydon, I've used them ever since. This is over 9 years ago. I can't fault them. The staff are helpful and friendly. Compared to other shipping companies, I've found Kingsley Shipping to be affordable and the best in prices in the South London area. I would recommend them to anyone. Kingsley Shipping all the way
