I have dealt with many freight services in the years and had very bad experiences and never found one that i could actually speak highly of but when I approached AAA freight services, their customer service was at the highest level, I did not have to chase them for anything, they were very professional and approachable, great value for money and if someone else was dealing with my enquiry then they all knew what was happening regardless who was dealing with it and I felt absolutely amazed that I finally found a good freight company. They kept me up to date about my shipment every step of the way, they were very easy to talk to and I can easily say I will be using them going forward. Was assisted by AAA Freight services Ltd with importing a motorcycle from Europe. Since Brexit importing is a little more complicated than before Brexit. In addition, a NOVA document was processed. Communication was thorough and responsive!
