Britannia have been excellent. A competitive quote following a visit from Martin.
Rhys, Carl and Ben were great from start to finish. They packed quickly and efficiently the two days preceding the move day, unloaded carefully putting everything in the specified rooms. They then came back on the next working day to deliver the rest of the load. All three were polite, friendly, and cheerful to the end. Also notable, they were particularly considerate to my son’s needs. A great team, thanks very much!

Removal of Container Load Of Household Effects UK To NZ:
When we decided to leave the UK and emigrate to NZ, we had no idea where to start for shipping our stuff, and were referred by a contact in NZ. Moving countries is daunting enough, but at every stage of our move was professionally handled, from Britannia Movers back-office team (thanks mainly to Sammi & Penny), to the movers who picked up the stuff in several lots, navigating around our builders who were refurbishing our home at the same time. Change from a 20 ft container to 40 ft container was handled without fuss, as was our last minute decision to ship our vehicle as well. Guys at the yard were very helpful, when I dropped off our vehicle and final load of stuff. We look forward to seeing our possessions again in sunnier climes!

Our team of Rhys, Jamie B, Jamie H, Aaron, Bart and Spencer were all excellent. Extremely professional, efficient and friendly. They took great care making sure they knew what to take/leave and there was ongoing communication when needed. We also have a baby grand piano and they knew exactly what to do to dismantle and pack it carefully. It was a very easy process, which was terrific given moving home can be stressful. We would highly recommend this team to move you. Thank you guys!

I'm absolutely thrilled with Britannia Movers.
I think it's probably quite normal to be nervous when the removal is complicated due to moving from one island to another island and then the second island to mainland UK.
In fact it was me that forgot a couple of things and the drivers had to come back to us. They were absolutely 100% kind and understanding.
Eventually the date arrived for my belongings to arrive at my new house. Even the delivery men were super efficient and I couldn't be happier.

Delivery date given well in advance and truck arrived early in the scheduled timeslot. The removal men were courteous and professional, and handled the items with care. Manoeuvering the larger items within the house was not easy but again completed with respect to the items and the walls/ceilings. Would definitely recommend.

We moved from Abu Dhabi back to Plymouth, UK and Britannia were just faultless. Great communication and answered all queries about delivery. Original delivery date wasn't possible due to my work and Britannia found an alternative without a problem.
Thank you Kali and the Ops team. Available on the phone, which was a godsend, in addition to email. The delivery was all done in 2 hours - an awesome job done by the crew and everything in its place and even furniture built. Thank you.
