Customer services and the warehouse return departments are missing the point! I placed two orders for the same pair of boots. Unfortunately, both pairs developed the same fault: the stitches gave up.

The first pair was inspected, and I received a full refund, for which I was grateful. However, the second pair developed the same issue but in a much shorter timeframe. This time, my request for a refund was rejected. I am struggling to understand how the same product with the same fault can lead to two different outcomes.

It is difficult to comprehend that JW cannot refund a clearly defective product.

Customer services and the warehouse return departments clearly lack everything you'd expect.

Not too bad here. Just tipped a 20ft container there,friendly staff and really fast. There's a Romanian girl who's getting you all set up without any problems.
There's some renewals around so can be a little tight in there but otherwise everything else is just fine.

My delivery address was Jack Wills, the security guard at the gate couldn't tell me where I should go, he was new to the job and hadn't been told, " just go straight", he said.
So I did and was directed to an office that was for House of Fraser group, apparently Jack Wills is a part of them
