20 years old software, too complex, not user friendly interface at all. Worse of all direct debit payments have taken before project delivery and is suppose to deliver in October and we are in June 2023. requested money back and no refunds, have to seek legal advise for a missold of a poor product. You have to switch to windows in order to run this complex 20 years old software and staff also agreed that it’s an outdated product.
Poor product will always bound in long term contracts and there are many good alternative with 28 days notice but you will never need to leave them.
Reviews reflecting these here and I can’t see how this software is £6 million pounds worth and we been told by misseller Nigel that they are the best and if there will be a better company he would be working for that.

If you are a 10 users site better go to pinewood and keyloop and if you are a used car dealer then ClickDealer is best option for all in one solution where website, DMS and Accounts and invoices all in one place and they don’t bound you into longer contracts. You can use windows or Mac Operating systems as it’s cloud based system. Don’t even think to switch yo windows if you are Mac user.
When you call you will never get through to anyone just a message to be taken and then forget call backs.
Ended up in the hands of black and white robbers. Another bad lesson in this nasty black mailing industry.
