Tried to get a clearer time of delivery than the 12 hour timeslot given in text. Call centre does not answer (hangs up before connecting) and the contact on website is a virtual assistant that is useless. No point in booking a rescheduled delivery if they can't do better than sometime on a day, maybe.

Extremely disappointing experience.
I am expecting my BRP, the delivery guy NEVER gives me a call or gives me a time slot. I live in a student accommodation, there is NO way to enter but to give a call. But the delivery guy doesn't do that knowingly. It's very unfortunate that BRP delivery is taken care of by TNT, there is no way I can reach them either. I fear that I might get in trouble because of these guys.

Have been waiting for my BRP for a week and the status is always “arrived at delivery station” but never out for delivery. Phoned hours and hours and emailed dozens of times but never received a single reply. Disgusting company. I’m sorry for my language but your company deserves in hell.

RUBBISH LAZY DELIVERY DRIVERS. Waiting for a parcel. Sitting at front of house near to front door. Received a text telling me they were unable to deliver. Rubbish they never tried. It was a passport that fits through the letter box. Truth is the houses have names and couldn't be bothered to look.

Worst experience ever.
After my parcel arrived at the deposit it took them over one week to deliver it, I literally had to call twice everyday to make sure I would have received my stuff.
The stuff is not efficient at all: they reassure you they will sort out the problem (that they did themselves), and guess what? They never do what they got to do : check the addresses, change the address ... very verydisappointing.

I wouldn't advise TNT to anyone, seriously.

Its been one month I am waiting for my BRP To be delivered . I try to call TNT on their phone number after waiting 1:30 hour the just cut of the line , Emailed them hundreds of time give them all the information they just say sorry we can not help . Please call the same number I always call. Worst company ever . Disgrace
