I've just had a delivery from one of your lads (Paul Robson) and wanted to come straight on and leave him a glowing review. This man is an absolute testament to your company! Friendly, professional and super helpful. I wasn't expecting the delivery today as was arranged via a 3rd party and so he helped me carry several boxes through the house into my dining room without any reservation. One of the best delivery men I've came in contact with, he really does deserve praise for not only doing his job but doing it so well 🙂

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE PLEASE DONT USE THEM UNLESS THEY USE THEIR OWN TRANSPORT TO COLLECT. Booked a Dedicated shipment to be delivered on 48 hours commitment. But took 5 days to deliver. OSE sent their own driver to collect but driver broke down. Then sent a third party driver to collect who was just 250 kms away but took nearly 6 hours to collect. it was collected on Monday from Spain and till Friday night Driver was in Europe only. every day OSE only gave 2 updates a day which is we tried to call the driver, he is not picking so we emailed them.
Unable to deliver on commitment is blamed on customs paperwork delays, held by customs , driver ran out of hours as he has driven too much. People at OSE are very helpful but they hardly have any information. in last week we did 2 dedicated loads from Europe and guess what they were delivered before this SPAIN to UK shipment. Once in frustration we said to them we will not pay you for this shipment. then they sent me an email and demand for unfront payment or else they will no deliver. I dont want to say OSE is very bad but they are not good either.

In reality this company deserves a minus 10 rating. Used their services recently for a dedicated import from France. You pay a high premium for a dedicated service, they not only delivered this a whole 1 day late, I had to personally chase to find out that it had missed the delivery slot. I could have used the likes of DHL, UPS if I wanted a two day import from France for 10 % of the price, but specifically used OSE as the goods needed to be in London for a photoshoot on a dedicated service. The company is unreliable with shambolic service and would never recommend anyone to use. STAY AWAY!
