Some sort of courier joke, that only couriers get.

"You're welcome to come to Newtown and collect your pallets yourself"

The actual message left on my phone referring to 5 tonnes of compost. If I had a 7.5 tonne lorry with a tail lift, I wouldn't need a pallet delivery company.

Like paying a painter and decorator to paint your living room only for him to message and say, he can't do it, but you can borrow his brushes.

A poor service from Mid Wales's "one of two" pallet courier companies, the other offering excellent service and quoting me 1/3 of the cost of Station Couriers to move eight pallets.

Rude telephone manner, poor attitude and happy to allow you to complete the service you are paying them for.

Fantastic customer service going above and beyond to find our pallets and to ensure they were delivered to us in a timely way. Cheryl deserves praise for her help with listening to our problem and resolving it. Mention to the driver Ali who was helpful and gave a very good impression of the company who managed to deliver to a small village with a small access road and offload the pallets in double quick time and place them on the drive. I would use this company anytime.

Excellent service & great value for money
Despite not being a regular customer, Station Couriers couldn’t have been more helpful when asked to complete a one off job. Chris was very helpful & the drivers, Adam & Martin were professional, efficient & courteous .
They were a pleasure to deal with at a very stressful time!

Company sent vehicle too large for access despite obvious nature of site. The driver was excellent and did the best he could, however the van caused damage to our track, fruit bushes, fencing and top soil. The assistant sent out to help assured me that all would be put right but I have had no word from the company. The rabbit fencing to protect our food crops was crushed and although the guys pulled it back u p the wire that was buried to stop rabbits digging was wrecked and rabbits gave now got in and eaten lots of of crops.

We work with these on a daily basis, drivers are spot on, always happy to wait that extra 5 minutes to get a rush order out. Office staff are friendly and whenever there is an issue they ( like failed delivery) they resolve it straight away with and keep us in the loop of what's going on

There should be an "IDIOT" button on facebook for companies like Station Couriers

These people have a very poor service ethic, They messed up my invoices. Each time I called to try to sort it out there was a different excuse. "Someone off sick"..."Someone on holiday"...."Not my job".... "Someone on maternity leave"

Just excuses excuses and excuses ad nauseam.

And then they messed up the collection of an important package. They took 2 weeks to do it. My co-director called them many times. As did the people where the package was being pcked up. They wasted our time and hurt our business.

When I complained about the matter and very constructively tried to get them to face up to some of their service failings they blamed us for the issues and closed our account. This is pretty stupid of them because we are launching a new business and our spend on deliveries will rise from £1500 per year to £9000. They may be the closest company to us but there are many vans from other companies which come past on our main road.

Indeed, there are plenty of courrier companies in this crowded market so why use a firm which is remarkable only for idiocy?

Abrupt, rude and very unhelpful when I tried to rearrange a delivery. Appalling attitude. Told them to return the parcel in the end as I was getting nowhere despite speaking to two different people.
