Keep well away from, this fake Company with their Company address based inn 223 Regent Street used by all kinds of fraudsters. Well known and shown all over the internet. I had a booking made for which this company failed to arrive but yet charged me and their ignorant staff just said the charge would stand. Do not be fooled by this Company. You will lose your money

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF SENDING ANTIQUES OR LARGER ITEMS. I booked Links Couriers to deliver an antique record player (primarily because of their swift email response time), choosing to ignore the multitude of negative google reviews. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Despite sending them photographs and all the dimensions of the record player over a week in advance and receiving a confirmation from Dean (including that the driver would be able to help me carry the item) , I was told on the day that the item would be too large to deliver, leaving me stuck without any means of delivery for a client expecting the item the next day. After calling Dean, I was told that “some items need to be seen physically before they can authorise them”. I simply cannot understand why this was never brought up at any point in the quoting or booking process as I never would’ve booked a service with that much liability. Further, Dean suggested that my only solution for getting the record player to my client on the day that had been agreed upon over a week earlier was to pay 2.5 times the cost for the same day delivery service. Simply criminal. Or incompetent? I can’t decide…

Giving them 1 star because they at least actioned my refund quickly

P.s. Was told on the phone that all items were sorted via conveyor belt so without a doubt DO NOT use if sending antiques

First all the details on the website are not accurate, link Courier Express has a one man office at Rays house, room 8 NW10 7xp too many lies.
We are investigating about this company a lots complaint has been file.
Please do not consider doing business with this company

I booked an urgent courier who it was promised would arrive within the hour. He didn't show up for over 3 hours, and when I pointed this out to the company director he told me I was ignorant and he would cancel the courier and still charge me if I made a complaint.
