This company completely blocked our road so I could not get out for a hospital appointment. When I asked them to move I was just told to wait. He then got nasty and said “I’ve got the legal right to stay here for up to 20 minutes if I like”. No decency, no apology. Very rude and selfish.
Actually, you may have such an arrangement to temporarily park on double yellows, but blocking the carriageway? No. I think you’ll find that’s an offence.

I had 2 cast iron Radiators delivered this morning. The driver (didn't get his name) was excellent. He was extremely courteous, well presented and bang on time and also gave me a ring giving his ETA.
If his bosses read this, please give him a raise!

The main man Kyle who I dealt with was great. Other than that, I think there's an issue with agency drivers as only one or two actually bothered to talk to you. Not my fault I earn more money, maybe they need to speak to the boss for better wages than the low wages being offered. Forklift drivers have forgotten how to load a lorry, small light stuff in front of tall heavy stuff, gaps between pallets. Poor really, The job itself, once you leave the yard is very good and dry easy. Most of the trucks are decent to drive and well looked after, day drives hate it when a night driver uses the lorry. Double decker trailers need the curtains/runners and internal straps looked at and replaced. Other than that, I'd recommend the place.

So due a delivery at my house quite a hard place to find, I see the lorry driver go by so I am like right let's ring the company to say he's gone past. Someone answers and before I get to say about 3 words they hang up! What a polite and professional company. Hopefully the driver is more well mannered if he gets here

Enjoyed the meeting the loading team albeit the entry gate, closes before any non-Olympic person can get back into their truck cab after climbing down and out to press the, 'made for car drivers only' intercom panel. Gate arm set to open max of 5 secs unless vehicle pulled under....unique? Grunts from intercom suggest defective audio?

Standing in the office for over 5 minutes unacknowledged was a unique approach to customer care, but hey, upon re-trying, eventually one of the chaps in the office said to go to another part of the site! There, everyone was out to lunch.....but hey again, chill as all types in this world and some costing firms a fortune in delays and office inefficiency....yard folks, working flat out to be as helpful as possible to get truck turned around....much appreciated!

I had the misfortune of dealing with this lot. The delivery driver rang 20 minutes before arrival and asked if there were 3 or 4 people around to unload about 13 kitchen cabinet units, which apparently weighed over a ton! This was of course not communicated with myself beforehand which I tried to explain that there was an adult on site but not to carry that much weight and i will be on site in 40 minutes to provide additional help, the driver did not care at all and I could tell the driver wanted to do everything to not deliver these items as he kept making excuses. Awful and unhelpful humans with zero empathy all round.
Further to the above, there was a specific instruction from the kitchen supplier to ring 2 hours before arrival which was obviously ignored and not acknowledged. They then decided to write and lie to the kitchen supplier that there was no one on site on arrival (which of course the driver never reached and was an outright lie because there was someone at the residence but not myself, waiting for the driver) and that I was abusive without going into any details. The irony was when i called their office, the person LIED and said the driver was still on the way to deliver the items!

Overall it was an unpleasant and harrowing experience so If you want a smooth and straightforward transaction, please avoid these lot at all cost.

No option for zero stars or I would give them zero.
If your thinking of using this company to send pallets, think twice, especially if they are representing you and your business.
I've lost more than £400 waiting for a delivery with dozens of delivery times given and then no show for my goods.
Zero respect for the end user and none existent customer service.
