Terrible service, perhaps the most unfriendly staff of any Post Office I've ever been to. Attempted to overcharge for an item of post (were going to charge the Small Parcel rate when it should have been the Large Letter rate), went to Spennymoor Post Office instead and was charged correctly. Far too small a premises to host a Post Office, with long queues, not helped by the miserable staff.

Be careful when you deposit money to yours bank,they left all the money on counter and pick up to count part of it so they can left some cash by the side where you can't see
