Post Office and Evri drop-offs start from 9:00 to 9:15. I've been told this three times when trying to drop something off. They explained that the responsible person for Post Office and Evri pickups hasn’t arrived yet and usually turns up around 9:00–9:15. It sounds like some staff keep arriving late.

i have used this village post office many times in the past and agree with the older reviews here that previous staff were rude and unhelpful. However on a visit this week, i was served by a polite lady (Trudy) who made everything easy and was definitely helpful. There was a queue (it is Christmas!) and there is only one counter and limited parking, but sadly one of the few local post office counters in the area.

Awful customer service at the post office counter, one person should be re named Rudy, Rude obnoxious , totally hates her job and people get rid of her end off. The patronising tone and aggressive comments are unacceptable. Would not use the co-op for that reason again.

Being able to post a parcel here is a 50:50 gamble with reasons ranging from the till's not working, the time's online don't match the postoffice opening hours, the internet's down to we don't have any trained staff in. It's 3 minutes from my house but if I have a a choice I'll always use a courier pickup instead but at least now we're working from home more i can keep trying to post things there when i have to. Staff are nice enough, I do feel a bit sorry for them though.

The post office is very rarely manned. I’ve visited multiple times and been turned away as there is no one to serve me. Have also turned up before closing time to them telling me they are closing 2 hours early. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this has become too common for me to not say something. So frustrating.

I used this PO for the first time today because the Flitwick one has closed and, having double checked the opening hours online and seeing the reviews, I didn't fancy my chances! But I was pleasantly surprised. The PO was available and the lady who served me was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Similar to other reviews, shut early despite fact shop quiet and a senior member of staff standing next to the post till. If the shop does not want post office business why not just say so and tell the post office?

Drove there especially this evening as it states the post office is open until 20:00. A member of staff told me it closed at 12:00 and when I stated the website said 20:00, he said I know it’s been wrong for ages. Perhaps this needs to be chased up then?
