I will give them zero star but there is no option, security staff is absolutely rubbish, rude and unprofessional. Shouting and screaming at drivers for no reason. They are not willing to talk or understand the situation. Security staff needs to be changed at entrance.

This place is a JOKE. No interest in the drivers, v poor facilities, no brew machine and ONE sit down toilet, that's all there is ...massive delays, big queues, really bad, just like the Vault in Speke.

What an absolute hell hole, keep you to your booking time but they can’t stick to your booking time, in at 12:30 for a 13:00 booking told to go away till 13:00, finally get a bay and they start unloading at 15:30 🤷‍♂️ is it any wonder drivers have had enough and are either leaving the industry or retiring early 😴

5 Pallets 2:5 hrs,
Previous delivery in Dunstable,
18 pallets , paperwork signed and away 25 minutes.

GOODS IN DELIVERY

First time on site. Easy to find and access, huge yard with loads of space to turn.

Arrived at 05:30 for a 06:30 booking. Given site rules by security and sent round to goods in. Given bay number, backed on, dropped keys and tipping began almost straight away. By 06:30 I was back at security on my way out.

Facilities are very limited but you are allowed to sit in your cab during tipping, so not really bothered.

Decent tip, the time of day might have helped though.

Staff were friendly enough too.
