I bought a Maeco dehumidifier from Appliances Direct for significantly less price than other on line retailers. It arrived the next working day just as they said and I was able to collect my purchase from their depot in Castle Donington.

I found the warehouse easily using their advertised map coordinates on Google Maps. When approaching from the road, note that the view of the main sign over the entrance is partially obscured by trees around the car park.
Collection was easy and the member of staff was friendly.

I will certainly use this company again when buying electrical goods.

Excellent service once found the place drove past it twice, once in car park not quite sure where to go ,but when did get In guy on desk very friendly and helpful brought goods out to van and loaded it in will definitely use again now I know how to get In.

Brought from them on ebay, got a 75" TV, first came damaged but they were impressively quick with swapping the unit over - A+++ seller, TV is a beast, super bright, great detail and contrast. Couldn't be happier, bargain price, next day delivery. My initial tv had an issue, was resolved with a 15 minute phone call and they replaced it the following day.
They ring you with an Eta closer to the time. Both delivery team on Tuesday & Wednesday were very professional. And the guy on the phone resolved my issue. They also followed up my message to double check I was on the same page/ what time the replacement was

Have to be the worst company I have dealt with, they lie, exaggerate and cheat. Warranty means nothing to them, I would steer clear and never go anywhere near them.

Worst experienve I've ever had with a company.

Sold me a laptop they didn't have in stock, the replacement model cost more (i had to pay the difference), then the replacement was faulty and needed returning.

They then offered me a like for like replacement or refund, i asked for a replacement of a different model. They agreed over the phone then tried to send me a like-for-like replacement anyway, which i had to phone up to cancel.

By this point their prices had increased and the laptop I had originally been sent had sold out. So in order to get a replacement of the same value I would have had to accept one with lower spec. They refused to offer me any sort of compensation for the six weeks inconvenience.

I asked for a refund and specifically asked for a confirmation email. They said yes but I'm still waiting.

I purchased a new toilet, basin and plumbing parts from Better Bathrooms for a new bathroom that I installed in my property. Mohammed was very helpful with great customer service skills.

Unfortunately one of their pickers misplaced a part from my order, but this was quickly identified before I left and a replacement was delivered to my address promptly.

I purchased an AC unit and when I received it, it is just too big. So I arranged a return. All well and good. But they don't do courier collection(even at my cost) , so I have to arrange a return courier, which is turning out to be a nightmare. Its quite a big unit, so can't just take it to the local post office.
Prices are keen, but the 'easy' returns process is anything but. I dread to thing how you'd return a fridge freezer, etc.
The distance selling (or whatever they're called now) regulations are meant to protect the consumer, but as there is no requirement for the seller to arrange a return courier (at the buyers cost) they can effectively circumvent this as I'll probably end up keeping it as it is too much hassle to return. (which I suspect is the intention

I ordered a MacBook Pro a month ago, paid for next day delivery, it never arrived. I've had to open a case with paypal because they refused to issue me a refund while putting the blame on the delivery company. I lost four days of work due to not having a laptop. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend!
