Had an A+++ experience from this company once again.. Craig went above and beyond for our trip to Gatwick. Our plane was delayed coming home but he was there waiting with no issues. Took our luggage off us from the arrivals bit and loaded it all in the car so we could just chill. I couldn't of asked for more. This is the 3rd time iv used Craig's taxis and every time he has been extremely reliable, affordable and professional. Thanks so much love for making our holiday run as smoothly as possible. Definitely recommended x

This experience felt more than a taxi service! Craig is always very polite, but was more than happy to help out when I needed to make some amendments prior to our airport run. His driving is excellent and the long journey was smooth and enjoyable. I didn’t make it easy with my request for our return back from London, however, Craig was happy to oblige.

My many years of having to use taxis means I know some bad ones, good ones too, but this service is a level up from the rest! We were home early hours and Craig ensured we had a bottle of fresh water from the shop, whilst knowing we had been away for a few weeks often to take us a shop so we could buy milk, bread and a few other bits we may need.

If you need to get somewhere short or long journey then Craig is your man to make it a pleasant experience.

I used Craig recently for an airport run and had a great experience. His car was clean and comfortable with air con, he's super friendly, helped with my luggage and made sure my journey was comfortable. Definitely recommend

I had a frustrating experience with Craig's Taxi. After confirming a booking for two taxis, I needed to make an adjustment and asked a follow-up question and confirmation. Instead of allowing me time to respond, Craig abruptly cancelled my booking after just 10 minutes which I responded to quickly 2 minutes after. It seems from below reviews people are experiencing similar things, in which Craig seems to takes no responsibility or even offer an apology.

I've never felt the need to leave a negative review before, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy here was shocking. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend Craig's Taxi based on this interaction. I'll be using another service.

I emailed Craig a couple of weeks before my trip. In his own words, he said he is often busy driving and if you want an advance booking, that is the best way to do it. Heard nothing from him at all via email so sent a reminder email then texted him on the morning of my trip. He said he would get back to me at 10am. Got back to me at 2.00pm with prices and said he could do it. I was at work so said I’d get back to him in 20 minutes. Which I did. At which point he told me he’d now taken bookings for both my requested journeys! So I had to wait two weeks for a reply but he couldn’t wait 20 minutes…. Really wanted to use local drivers instead of resorting to an Uber but hey ho. When I expressed my disappointment he just gave me a thumbs up. Rude. Would not recommend him at all.

Our second time booking trips with Craig as we come over from Toronto to see the Somerset Carnival. This year we headed from Castle Cary to Glastonbury and back again.
Booking in advance , Craig has exceptional communication through text, checking in to confirm the pick up times in the week leading up to the trip. This takes a lot of stress our of planning a large trip when you can feel confident in getting reliable service.

Craig is also a pleasure to chat to and makes the journey enjoyable and relaxed.
We hope to return for future carnivals and wouldn't hesitate to book again with Craig.

Me and my whole family have been using Craig for 2 years. He does airport runs and also takes our children to and from boarding school. Today he saved the day when another taxi cancelled as the train our children was on was delayed. Thank you Craig for stepping in and helping us.
