Mishandled Boxes, Broken Items, Excessive Delay, Bad Service - Avoid at All Costs!

I had a terrible experience with Cargo Force. My shipment of 7 boxes from London to Mumbai was severely delayed, taking almost a month instead of the promised two weeks. Even worse, when the shipment finally arrived, the boxes were heavily damaged, with tears and broken contents. My personal belongings were clearly mishandled.(Photos Attached). This negligence resulted in the loss of some valuable items. Extremely disappointing service. I would strongly advise others against using their services, especially if you're shipping anything fragile or valuable.

Updated: My packed and sealed boxes was open by cargo force and the stuff was moved and rearranged. which damaged the items. 14 days was the estimated delivery time, it took 30 days. No tracking ID was provided.
I dropped multiple emails, shared the photos and called many times but no actions was taken.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this cargo company. One of my boxes, which I paid extra for due to its size, arrived completely broken. It was clear they didn't care about proper handling, as they taped it to other packages and blended it in. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. When I called their office, the staff was rude and clueless. I asked to speak to a manager, and the person on the phone literally tried to fake a manager’s voice—what a joke!

Before I even paid, there were issues with the weight and measurements. They charged me far more than my actual measurements, and while I expect some variance, the difference was outrageous and led to a much higher invoice. My items were stuck in their warehouse, leaving me no choice but to pay. Now, after receiving a damaged parcel, they’re refusing to take any responsibility. Completely unacceptable.

Cargo force was a great choice for transporting my things from the UK to India. They were professional and friendly. They accommodated my requests and did the customisation. Raza was really helpful and he took special care on my case as I was not physically present in the UK when they collected my parcel from my friend’s place. It arrived well in advance before the estimated date. Highly recommend Cargo Force.

Would not recommend it at all.
I was recommended this service from an alumni group and have had a horrible service from the start to end.
Starting with delays and miscommunication, extra weight for like 5-6kgs when my luggage was with them, and then I received broken and deformed stuff in India. It seems like someone opened the packages at the warehouse and didn't properly rearrange stuff either.

Thanks to Cargo Force. I sent my 4 parcels to Delhi from UK. Though the weight they calculated exceeded more than my presumed expectations, I'm glad my parcel reached safely. It was a heavy parcel as they have packed the 4 parcels into a single package. However, I got it picked up from their storage office.
All items in good condition. I'm satisfied with their service.
