We are a small Italian seed company that had to change to a local fulfilment logistics in order to continue selling to the UK as a result of Brexit. For a tiny company operating from abroad like us, Copper Beech was a great answer. When we discussed our demands and product range to Katie and Gary, they listened attentively and made an effort to choose the best management. Sales were easier than ever when everything was set up. They are quite helpful in attempting to resolve all of the minor issues that arise frequently when dealing with international transportation and very understanding of our shortcomings (being a small business, nothing is truly flawless!) Theres nothing that makes me happier than putting a smile on someones face for Christmas.
So suprise christmas hampers for my customers were organised to put a little smile on all of their faces.

So I think Katie Tyndale at copper beech trading needs a huge shout out here.

Katie has been absolutely incredible. She has been an angel. She has organised, packaged, and organised postage for every single order. She has put a PERFECT all round hamper together, to suit every customer and I couldnt be happier with them. Customer service is so important to me to and hers is absolutely incredible too. I honestly can not recommend her and her business, copper beech trading, enough.

So as much as I'd love to take all the credit for the smiles on my customers faces, I think its only right to hand that over to Katie.
